Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s our policy for cancellations and refunds:
- Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within [2 hours] of placement for a full refund.
- Cancellations after this period will not be eligible for a refund as food preparation may have started.
- Refund Policy
- If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, contact us within [24 hours] with supporting photos.
- Approved refunds will be processed within [7 business days] to the original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Cases
- Since we prepare food only after order confirmation, refunds will not be provided for last-minute cancellations or change of mind
- Delayed deliveries due to external factors.
- Change of mind after order dispatch.
- Food quality concerns raised beyond the stipulated timeframe.
