Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Here’s our policy for cancellations and refunds:

  1. Order Cancellations
    • Orders can be canceled within [2 hours] of placement for a full refund.
    • Cancellations after this period will not be eligible for a refund as food preparation may have started.

  2. Refund Policy
    • If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, contact us within [24 hours] with supporting photos.
    • Approved refunds will be processed within [7 business days] to the original payment method.

  3. Non-Refundable Cases
    • Since we prepare food only after order confirmation, refunds will not be provided for last-minute cancellations or change of mind
    • Delayed deliveries due to external factors.
    • Change of mind after order dispatch.
    • Food quality concerns raised beyond the stipulated timeframe.
